Building bridges across faith traditions.
From a young age, I have deeply engaged with the teachings and practices of multiple faith traditions. My whole being is passionate about the universal Truth found within the diverse religious and spiritual practices across the world's Great Traditions. Indeed, interfaith spirituality is at the core of my identity.
My journey in Spiritual Direction began in adolescence, during a time of profound mental and emotional struggle. While therapy addressed some of these challenges, I sought additional support through a spiritual mentor. This relationship proved transformative, providing clarity and guiding me toward lasting change. Nearly two decades later, this sacred partnership continues to nourish my growth and is what ultimately inspired me to train as a Spiritual Director myself.
In 2025, I completed an 18-month Interfaith Spiritual Direction Certification program at The Chaplaincy Institute. This experience equipped me with both the practical and personal skills to support individuals from all walks of life—across traditions, cultures, ages, orientations, and identities.
