Interfaith Spiritual Direction
Supporting seekers from all walks of life in cultivating spiritual insight for profound personal transformation
Your Path to Deeper Connection
Interfaith Spiritual Direction is a transformative practice of meaningful exploration and deepening in one's spiritual life. In this process, a spiritual director provides a safe, compassionate space for seekers to listen deeply to their inner wisdom, clarify their relationship with the Divine, and navigate life's challenges with greater awareness.
Our sessions are designed to help you:
-
Explore your spiritual experiences, challenges, and questions in a space where you can be fully seen and heard
-
Discover transformative insights that can shift your perspective, deepen your sense of meaning, and open you to new possibilities
-
Cultivate practices that support personal growth and inner peace, helping you integrate spiritual wisdom into your daily life
Your role is to show up with openness, honesty, and a willingness to engage deeply in your spiritual journey. It involves sharing your experiences, thoughts, and challenges with an open heart, and being willing to explore and reflect on your spiritual life.
My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore and reflect upon your questions, desires, sense of identity, and longing for transformation. Through guiding conversation, contemplative practices, and reflective inquiry, my focus is on listening deeply—to both the stirrings within you and the universal truths that resonate throughout your life.

How our process unfolds
1
Reach out for a
Clarity Conversation
This Zoom or phone conversation is an opportunity for you to discern whether Spiritual Direction is the right support for you at this stage of your journey, and whether you feel I am the right spiritual director to accompany you.
2
Schedule your
first session
If you feel a "yes" during our Clarity Conversation, we’ll move ahead! You'll begin by completing an online intake form. In our first session, we'll explore what has led you to Spiritual Direction and how I can best support you.
3
Meeting for
subsequent sessions
Spiritual Direction comes at a pace of once or twice per month*, depending on your needs and intentions, for as long as you choose. Each session is tailored to you—there is no set agenda, each session unfolds organically.
* Weekly sessions are available for those navigating a major life transition or engaging in intensive spiritual practices such as Ramadan, Lent, retreats, or preparations for rites
Who I Work With
I work with clients who are seeking clarity in their spirituality, transformation in their life, and guidance through times of transition and change. I trained at an Interfaith seminary to skillfully accompany people from any faith tradition or spiritual identity, including spiritual-but-not-religious and agnostic. Many of my clients come to me for:
-
Guidance through personal transitions, challenges, or moments of uncertainty
-
Transformation of old patterns and limiting beliefs that no longer serve them
-
Reconciling different religious or spiritual influences
-
Healing from spiritual or religious wounding, and
-
A safe, open space for exploration and reflection
Supportive Pricing
My desire is that no one be limited by finances, and so I maintain a sliding scale. I do not require proof of income. Instead, I trust clients to honestly reflect on their privileges and capacities when selecting the pricing model that best fits their circumstances. How can Interfaith Spiritual Direction help me?If you are seeking greater clarity, meaning, or connection in your spiritual life, or if you’re navigating a period of spiritual questioning or transition, spiritual direction may be a helpful resource. If you feel called to explore your relationship with the Divine in a deeper, more intentional way, spiritual direction provides a space to do so. A free Clarity Conversation can help determine if this practice is the right fit for you, and if this feels like the right moment.
-
What is the Confidentiality Policy?Information shared in spiritual guidance sessions is confidential and will not be discussed or released to anyone, except in cases where there is sufficient cause to believe that a life is in danger, or when you appear suicidal. In addition, in an attempt to gain perspectives and ideas as to how best to help you reach your goals, I may meet with other professional spiritual directors regarding supervision for our sessions, but will not identify you by name or in regards to specific information being disclosed. Spiritual directors are mandated by law to report child abuse, child sexual abuse, elder abuse or intentions to harm self or others.
-
Do I need to commit to a certain number of sessions? No, there is no long-term commitment required. You can choose the frequency and duration of sessions that best suit your needs. Some individuals prefer regular sessions, while others may seek guidance on an as-needed basis.
-
Do I need to follow a particular religious or spiritual tradition to receive Interfaith Spiritual Direction?Spiritual direction is open to individuals of all faiths, backgrounds, and beliefs. Whether you identify with a specific religious tradition, are exploring multiple paths, or have no formal religious affiliation, interfaith spiritual direction honors and supports your unique spiritual experience. The goal is to help you deepen your relationship with the sacred, whatever that may look like for you.
-
Is Interfaith Spiritual Direction like therapy? While both spiritual direction and counseling offer support, they differ in focus. Therapy is a clinical relationship between a licensed practitioner and a patient who mutually work toward reaching the client's healing goals for their mental health, relationships, and quality of life. Spiritual direction is a relationship between a credentialed practitioner and a person seeking to deepen their connection with the Divine. While topics of conversation including life circumstances, perceptions, relationships, challenges, dreams, and desires may occur in both settings, Spiritual Direction does not include clinical mental health care.
